Phil's World trail system is about 500 yards up the road. Large level sites, 50 amp and great water pressure. most sites have a little covered shelter. Bill the owner keeps the place pristine. Self contained RV's only and perfect for big rigs.

Bill is fantastic - stopped by every day to check all was okay. Gave us information about the surrounding area - info on Mesa Verde NP as well. A no frills place to stay and recharge. Just a reminder - there are full hookups but no shower or restroom facilities, no WiFi or laundry. Don’t let that deter you from staying - a hidden gem.

If what your looking for is a small, quiet, RV park off the beaten path with amazing views and a great host look no further!

Close to MV-NP and Phil's World MTB trails.
Cortez is several minutes away. Here you can find a Super Walmart and a Big R for almost anything you may need.
There are full hook-ups and plenty of space for larger rigs.
A road runs adjacent to the property, however, traffic is minimal and things here are relatively quiet.
Dark skies are abundant.

About a year old so very clean, tidy, and spacious. It is a 3 acre gravel lot but surrounded by the owners land and BLM land. Our view was nice.
We used it as a stop to explore Mesa Verde.
Cute covered picnic area, good water, and a clean garbage can at each picnic table.
Nice owner.

This little park was perfect. Just off the beaten path enough to be quiet but only minutes away from all the local attractions. The lots are very spacious and the whole park is gravel, which means no tracking crud into your rig. I arrived with a trailer malfunction that would have made the return home nearly impossible. It was late October and there was only one RV repair service operating for the season and he was booked up. The park owner took a look and said "I have an idea". Within a few hours we had a fix in place that made the trip home painless. Even if they had not saved my bacon, I have to say these are some of the nicest park owners I have ever met and one of the nicest parks to come home to. Even had dear wander through one evening. Cell service was not a problem. Did I mention it's quiet? Will be coming back.
