“A Nice City Park on the River”

My wife and I stayed for one night and were joined by another couple from Minnesota traveling in a teardrop tow-behind. The park is very green and well taken care of. There are about 6 spots with concrete picnic table pads, picnic tables, fire rings, and trash cans.

I wasn't sure where we were allowed to park, but the gravel road was quite a ways away from the picnic table, so I pulled onto the grass next to the picnic table. Watch for low branches on the trees.

Looks like an enjoyable place where families come to sit and eat lunch or walk their dogs. We had a quiet night with no uninvited visitors.

Yes, you'll hear some nearby train noise.

The park was ok but some of the local people not to sure about. Had a couple of old men harassing a young lady camp next to me so she spent a lot of her time up talking with me so they would not bother her also had a guy looking in car windows at night plus half the people don’t leash there dogs or clean up after them . As far as the local authorities they are really nice The number you have to call to register to camp there the lady was nice enough to bring me the paperwork on her lunch break a police officer came on my second night and told me you are not allowed to park on the grass but since I was set up he let me stay and I still ended up leaving in the morning because of the guy looking peoples cars
