Uniformed Fish, Wildlife and Parks man in marked truck arrived and chatted with a few fishermen and left.

Great campsite not far from I-90.
Camping in a big field.
Camping can be RV or tents.
Camping limitation is 7 days.
Camping can be risky on raining days.
There is a small boat or raft launch in the immediate area.

The only word of caution is boaters will park and block the only easy exits from the open field so make sure you can safely exit the field without hitting a small ditch or bumpy field areas. No marked sites for RVs. Just park in the large field.

Warning - 14ft overpass you must go under. Otherwise the site is simple to find within minutes from Interstate 90. Quiet and next to Yellowstone river. Any size rig can park here. Park on grass areas just off the gravel road.

Perfect spot to stay for a couple of days, enjoy the scenery, and get some work done. If you have mountain bikes or road bikes, while there is not a trail close, there is paved country road, with next to nothing traffic. Head out of Otter Creek, take a right on Howie Rd and ride about a 1/2 mile to Rapelje Rd. Turn left. It's a heck of a climb, but worth the scenery and super fun to ride back down.

Sign says motorized vehicles need to stay on the road (not on the grass).

Beautiful creek but only a few great water sites. But there is plenty of room for all in the field. Sign said something about motorized vehicles staying on road, but locals there said everybody parks out there... Sherrif drove by at least once while we were parked in field. Was dry but looked as if it could be mucky in wet conditions.
