Oregon Trail Rest Area Westbound

Stopped here for lunch. Clean facility. Water facet available.

As far as rest areas go, this was a good one. We pulled in at sunset along side other trailers and trucks, and my family of 7 felt safe enough. Would come here again for an overnight spot. Went to McDonald’s and Walmart the morning after—nice town.

As rest stops go, this one was OK. Lots of trees to buffer some highway noise. Surprisingly quiet for an interstate rest stop. Better than a Walmart. We usually use roads less traveled. Would use rest stops over business parking lots in the future when on major roads.

Clean bathrooms, good cell service, wasn’t too packed, somewhat loud because of the road but would stay here again

So nice to be in a state where you can actually use the rest areas to rest for the night! What a concept! Some highway noise at night, to be expected. Clean, spacious, would stay again if passing through.

Clean, accessible, and well-lit rest area. A bit noisy, but it’s a rest area so we were as expecting that.

Pulled in around 10, grabbed a spot and slept like babies.

Worked well for us.

We pulled into this little rest stop at 11pm to sleep for continuing on our journey. Lots of parking, lots of truckers that turn on their generators so if your a light sleeper this is probably not for u but if u are the type to toss back an Advil pm and looking for a cheap place to stay this is your dream parking spot!
