O'Neil Creek Campground

Campground mainly seasonal and right upon your neighbor. We made a reservation at 4pm got off interstate and road into campground was closed.at 5PM called campground was told try to find another way in, we are from florida. We asked where and were told I am not from here I don't know where you need to go. I said, and this is 1 hour later, just cancel my reservation and we will find a campground we can get into. We were told there is a cancellation fee, I said we can't get in road is closed. She said you need to find a different way in. Apparantly once they have your $ your are no longer a customer just a number. Please find another campground around here there are plenty of hopefully GOOD ones to choose from
