I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #18, an FHU, BI site for $55/night. I loved my stay here primarily due to the owners, Tori and Jason and some of the other guests who were all friendly and helpful. This really felt like a small community. The owners were constantly working hard at maintaining the property or making improvements. They also went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I felt like I could really be happy hanging out here for an extended time. The roads and sites were gravel. It was easy to navigate around the park loop. I had no problems backing in and the site was very level. Fresh gravel had been put down recently as well. There was a huge front yard, but no real shade. Bathrooms were older, but clean. I didn’t check out the showers. There is river access for kayaks and SUP’s (rentals are right next door.) Some sites had shade. There is a very large open grassy area in the middle where I saw families and kids playing games. There’s also a volleyball court, a playground and a rec room available. For connectivity I had 1-2 bars LTE with Verizon at my site, sometimes calls dropped and weather definitely impacted the signal. Wifi was moderately strong up by the office. There were quite a few OTA stations. Conway was 30 minutes away with lots of shopping and dining options. I definitely want to go back and stay for a longer period of time.

We are so fortunate to have found this hidden gem! Just a great experience all around.. the owners are extremely nice and helpful. Family run campground. The canoe, tubing, and kayak rentals are just wonderful.. they shuttle you up the river and you end right back at the place. I am surprised about the comment from a prior review regarding bathrooms because they were definitely updated and had pine walls.. the showers are typical campground showers, which to me is a bonus for them to even have showers. Who cares if you have to pay a couple quarters! Our 37' fifth wheel fit no problem. Our fill timing family will absolutely be back! Thank you!!!!!

Lots of open space for games & playground equipment. On-site kayak/canoe rentals, beautiful Saco River front & walking trails. The only real issue was the dated restroom & shower facility. Don't like to use coin operated showers if we're paying for the campsite. Perhaps if the facility was SOTA! Cell service was not the greatest.

Nice small campground that is very quiet.
Full hookup RV sites surrounding a beautiful large grassy area with a nice playground and volleyball court. It looked as though at least half of the full hookup sites are long term/summer renters but they were all well-kept. Full hook up RV sites are level and separated by trees/bushes to provide more privacy, sites could use a little tree/bush trimming and they were working on this while we were there. Each site had a picnic table and fire ring. Plenty of room to set up a pop up in the grassy area behind your RV. There are also large grassy private sites with no hookups near the full hookup RV sites and additional primitive tent sites right along the river.
Didn't use the showers (that take quarters) or bathrooms but took a look and they were OK and clean. There is 1 washer and 2 dryers in the office at $1.25 a load, all work. The only down side to having them in the office is they are only available during office hours. The office also has a small selection of food, beverages and camping related items available for purchase.
There is a small building with video games, pool table and air hockey that take quarters to play.
Canoes and kayaks are available for rent also.
Wi-Fi offered but wasn't dependable and our Verizon signal was 1-3 bars of 1X at best which worked OK for text messaging but not for voice calls or hot spot use, but you don't have to travel far down the road to get good signal again.
The owners were helpful and friendly.
Overall a nice peaceful spot to spend some time.
We stayed a week so the daily rate is based on the $197 a week rate.
