Honestly I feel poorly for people that live full time in such wretched conditions. With that being said, I don’t want to visit while traveling. Most of the sites were full timers that looked one step away from being on the street. Sites were poorly maintained and the entire place felt dirty.

“A great stopover traveling along I-5 with lots of trees.”

This place is more like camping in a forest than an RV park. In July it was busy and we had to stay in a site w/o sewer which is no big deal because we were only there two nights. Besides the sites w/o sewer hookups are quieter and more to the back of the park with more trees which helps keep the coach cooler.
The trade off is that the sites are dirt and gravel and not all that level, and the park is a little old and tired. Just depends on what is important to you.
There is a regional airport nearby which provides some un-forest-like noise but it is not very busy and seems to shut down in the evening.

It's just a short drive into Tumwater which has The Deschutes river going through it and a pretty good old town with restaurants etc. Falls Terrace restaurant, right in front of a set of falls was pretty cool.
