“Not a good place anymore ”

I wanted to take my 3yr old granddaughter here for her first camping trip as I grew up camping there every summer.
If I could give this place a 0 I would! Camp host was not around until later evening, came in, took the money from the drop box and that's it....no emptying of garbages or cleaning of the disgusting bathrooms!
Had I seen all that before I had paid for the night, we never would of stayed.
This campground use to always be full....now there may be 2 camp spots used. The hosts that previously looked after the campground would pick up garbage daily, clean bathrooms every morning, and kept the park welcoming. Now it is not even fit to stop for a picnic.
The person who is in charge (not host), needs to be fired and someone more capable and someone who will care and take care of the park properly!!
They charge $22 per night for a place that isn't worth $5.

“Campground on the Oldman River in town of Fort MacLeod with highway noise”

I did not stay here but walked around and took pictures to post here. The campground was closed and gated when I arrived in late October. The entire campground is right beside the highway and the traffic noise from passing tractor trailer trucks is really loud. Good cell signal as it is right on the edge of town.
