Question about Old NC-105 Dispersed Campsites

Does anyone know if Old NC 105 is One Way or not? I watched a few videos and from the looks of them it didn't seem like anyone was ever coming from the opposite direction but folks were being passed going the same direction. My wife wants to take her new full size Bronco there for its inaugural drive on our annual weekend getaway to Hot Springs. Thanks!

It's 2 way. Some areas are only wide enough for 1 car, but there are pullovers. It's worth the drive although the wildfire smoke from out west is clouding the views.
