We tried to camp here in March 2020. We have a 32 ft 5th wheel and there were only a couple of spots where we would have fit and they were full. We continued down the very rough road and didn’t find any spots. Difficult to turn around. Would not suggest this place for large campers. Too bad because it was beautiful.

Took a drive up there just with the truck to try to find a good camping spot and to check this place out. The old Kingman Highway blacktop is still there kind of so the main road going in is passable when wet. The bad news looks like every camping spot that I could find that I could put my camper, you either had to drive through a wash or park in a wash. Even at the bottom it looks like it could be a wash so if it's raining or it's planning to rain hard I don't recommend camping anywhere around here. Beautiful place if you just stay one night and do some hiking it's well worth it. The upper camping spots are trashy so if you have time at least fill one bag take it with you and dump it, every little bit of helps. I was up higher and had good ATT and Verizon and I believe I did down below to, not positive.

The location was really nice. Beautiful views, great hiking and peaceful. The only sad part of this location was that the previous campers left alot of trash laying around which made me nervous about staying there. Shooting allowed as long as you remove your shells and targets.
2WD capable without rain.
GUADALUPE would stay here again
