The BLM visitor center in Kanab has a faucet on the north side.

We brought water with us from our previous stop. When we left there was a gas station in Kanab that had a dump station. We filled with water there before heading to our next stop.

Any of the small towns along the route if i recall. We brought our own water which held us over for 2-3 days and refilled when we stayed at organized campgrounds such as a KOA, etc.
