Stayed here 1 night in June 2023. Traveling with a 44’ toy hauler limits suitable locations, but this fit the bill. This KOA was spacious, well maintained, and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this when traveling I-80

Understaffed but friendly, trees(shade) for tents but none for rvs. Gas, stores, restaurants and freeway near by.

This KOA is EXCEPTIONAL!! We were greeted and checked in by a great husband/wife team…the vibe here is so welcoming! Our patio site with a doggy pen was beautiful. The grounds are landscaped very nicely, beautiful patio and in ground firepits. Everything is meticulously manicured. Sites are level amd gravel, all hook ups are in excellent condition. We are traveling cross country and it always feels so wonderful to “land” in a spot we can truly just set up and relax in our home away from home on the road. If you need to restock there is a Walmart near by as well as restaurants that will deliver. We will mark this as one of our “go-to’s” as we travel from Boston to Arizona frequently. We love our Airstreaming life and places like this make it AMAZING🥰 It is also very easy access off the I-80.

Site type: Pull Thru, 50 Amps, Full Hookups Patio Site
Overall: Would absolutely stay here again. Very helpful staff. Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T. We had a large grass site. Many pull-through sites were gravel.
THE GOOD
Sites: We had an amazing end grass patio area with lots of space.
Grounds: Clean with really nice showers.
Gas/Food: Close to gas and some restaurants. One of the restaurants delivered to the site.
Connectivity: Great campground wifi and connectivity with Verizon and AT&T.
THE BAD:
Nothing comes to mind.
WORTH NOTING (Not good or bad)
It's not a resort so not many extras that folks prefer, which is fine. Just explaining why not 5 stars and only 4.

Perfectly maintained. We chose an upgraded site with a paw pen. It surpassed our expectations. For a park right off of I-80, the owners have made it the best it can possibly be. The grill was clean with a full propane tank. The site was perfectly level with tidy landscaping. Finally, the paw pen was worth the splurge as it was clean with perfect artificial grass that didn’t bother my pups paws at all. Being right off of I-80 you do hear a bit of highway noise, but it’s worth it for the convenience.

Very nice gravel roads and we had a nice long pull through site that easily fit our 40' coach and Jeep. Arrived after hours but the employees were still there and showed us to our site and made sure we got to our site and parked. We had a full hookup pull through site that was just fine for our needs. They also had some nice looking patio sites and even some patio sites with dog runs. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed here in July 2022. Yes, you're right next to the interstate and can hear all the traffic. However, the site we were in had a beautiful patio with a fire pit, gas grill, umbrella table and chairs, and privacy fence on one side. We couldn't get over how clean the facilities were. The bathrooms and showers were spotless! Not a piece of litter in sight anywhere. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and the service the entire stay was top-notch. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again when we pass through. Some of the sites also had private dog kennels in them. Kids area was great. We had no problem with internet/streaming, but we also use a pep-wave router. Cell service was good. Easy on-off the interstate.

Arrival was great. We booked online, staff was super friendly and helpful. The office was nice and seemingly recently updated. This campground is new to the KOA brand. The grounds could be better. It’s basically a bunch of weeds. Spots are a tad tight. We weren’t thrilled to have a late arrival put right next to us when there were many other spots available. $61 seemed high for what it was. If the price was $30 we would have given 4 stars.
