Question about Ochlockonee River State Park Campground

Wendy asked on 3/19/2021

We were lucky enough to get 4 nights at site 20, handicap accessible, in Ochlockonee State Park in November. Does anyone know the park well enough to help us out with our questions?
How is cell service in that area? Over the air tv reception? Any hope of using our satellite tv? Is there really a handicap accessible fishing dock? I can walk and stand for short distances so I need to plan ahead for activities.
Any info would be deeply appreciated. We searched the internet for relevent videos, watched them all, but never really received the info we were hoping for. Our cell carrier is Metro.

We had good cell service..not sure how many bars..ATT was or service provider..Tree canopy is scrub tree ..not a heavy canopy..can not help with tv service we do not have either..The fishing dock is about a 1/4 to a 1/2 mile walk..just downloaded pictures looking at fish dock..plenty of hand railing..we were on site 17 across from access rd to site 20..site 20 is concrete but would be a challenge to back in with a long trailer or large class a camper.. Hope this helps.. Craig and Janet

Hi, we were there 3 weeks ago. Cell coverage was low but our hotspot gave us workable internet. We were near the riverside. The fishing dock looked accessible, and there's a handicap park spot near it. It's over 200 feet from the parking to the beginning of the dock. There is a nice little beach next to the dock and we launched our cartop boat there (Photo follows).. And the main Boat Launch is VERY accessible for kayaks, canoes etc... It's been a couple of years since I camped there and I'm looking forward to going back in a few weeks - great park! As I recall the accessible campsite(s) is great! All paved with nice smooth sidewalks to get around to the bathhouse and possibly other things in that immediate section of the campground. But overall, the campground is typical Florida - a bit rustic, with trees, roots, some tight turns, but it's great. As for cellular, it is hit or miss. That area is a bit remote but AT
