Our second time here, a great layover traveling from Utah to Cali. The pool is always nice, amenities are good. It’s always pretty full so make a reservation! Sites are close but fully maneuverable. Level concrete pads.

We stayed at Oasis Las Vegas RV resort and overall, had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth, which is always a positive start to any trip. Our site was a Full Hook-Up (FHU) and offered a convenient pull-through option.
One notable feature was the close proximity of the sites. While this makes you feel community-oriented, it can also lead to a lack of privacy. However, each site had its own trash can, making waste disposal incredibly convenient.
Although we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, it was great to see that the resort offered a family pool, a gym, a restaurant on-site, and even a golf course.
One downside to our stay was the noise from the nearby roads. The sounds of traffic could be a bit disruptive, particularly during peak hours. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be something to consider.
On a positive note, the resort's location is excellent for those wanting to explore the area. There are numerous shops and restaurants just outside the resort, and the iconic Las Vegas Strip is conveniently located just 10 minutes away by car.
As for safety, we felt secure during our stay. The resort is gated, which adds an extra layer of safety, making it a family-friendly environment.
In summary, Oasis RV resort is a solid option if you're looking to enjoy a stay close to Las Vegas with a variety of amenities nearby. However, due to the close sites and road noise, it may not be our first choice for a future visit. If you prioritize proximity to the Strip and family-friendly facilities, this place might be perfect for you!

Easy access to the campground and the check in process was very well organized and smooth.
Our spot (604) backed up to the fence and had enough adult trees to provide great shade during the hottest part of the day, but the trees were far enough away we could also use our awning. The grounds were very well kept, and the staff was actively working to make sure it stayed that way over a busy weekend.
Several dog play areas, that were a great way for our puppy to get in his exercise. Great 5G verizon signal so we didn't even bother setting up our Starlink.
Very well served by Uber and Lyft ride services for quick transport to and from the Strip.
Would definitely stay here again in the future. We didn't take any pics of our spot but we would definitely look at 604 again. Close to shower houses which were immaculate and and very quiet part of the park.

This is our second stay at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort and we still enjoy this park overall. It is well maintained and most all of the staff are friendly. As with any resort, there are pros and cons. The positive aspects of this park are paved and level spaces; some are decently spaced apart if you want to pay a little extra, a nice pool area with a good store, fitness room and an 18 hole grass putt putt course. The resort is on the south side of the city and is easily accessed from I-15 so you don’t have to navigate through the city. There are a lot of rules here that you must adhere to but even though there are “pages” of them, most are easily complied with if you simply “do what is proper”.
The biggest con in our opinion is the advertised Wi-Fi. Sound familiar? We happened to be parked in the middle of the park and an equal distance between two of the Wi-Fi antennas and were never able to maintain a connection. I will never understand how parks can advertise Wi-Fi when it is virtually nonexistent. So, if this is important for you, come prepared with a backup plan.

If you are looking for a place to stay just for the night, this may be an overkill for you because of the price. (We paid $101 out the door because of Las Vegas taxes). I wish we could have stayed longer because of the things to do at the resort. There are a few large pools with sandy beaches, a large putting golf course that surrounds the resort. It gives you the feeling of a Las Vegas Hotel, but at an RV price. If we were ever to stay a while in Vegas, we would definitely stay there again. If we were just looking to find a quick place to spend the night, we may look somewhere else cheaper.

We only stayed one night at the Las Vegas Oasis, since we were trying to make time to California where our daughter lives. We are coming back in about a week, and planning to stay 12 days, so we will see if anything changes during our longer stay. Honestly, I would not recommend this for an overnight as you really don't have time to use the amenities. But if the price is not a big issue, then you cannot beat that it's right off I-15 and has great security.
The park is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The park staff is friendly and seems to take care of guests pretty well. There is 24 x 7 security (a necessity in Las Vegas -- in my book), and you must have a reservation or have some other reason for being there to get in. My daughter and Son-In-Law needed to be on an approved list to get in to our site, and still required some intervention on our part to get them in past Security. I hear complaints all the time about bikes being stolen at other parks that are nice in Las Vegas (I won't name them), but they don't have security that is worth a darn... this one sure seems to have good security.
The pools, putting greens (the one we saw was real grass), and other facilities are among the best we have seen. We never did find the exercise room since we were overnighting only, but we found a nice store that could use a bit of extra stocking, and the bar was not open until the weekend. They do have a nice place to refill water bottles with cold water -- a plus when its 99 F and very dry. Dogs are welcome so long as they are not on some breed prohibition, and it looks like you can have up to 3 dogs, but check the rules if this applies.
What we didn't like is some lady selling time shares or something... she zero'd in on us like a hawk, and it was clear that the park supports her. We were nice, but let her know we were not interested, but quite frankly -- I don't like that the park even let's her in there to hawk her wares and approach guests. It was a minor inconvenience, but it's a ding in my book. If she does it again, we will probably be a little stronger in our response.
I gave it only 4 stars for location, because it's great if you want to go to the strip, but can be a detriment if you want to go to say Nellis AFB to see your daughter and Son-In-Law who's in the Air Force. The problem is that you can get closer to other parts of Las Vegas by staying at another RV Park, but not with the security that we really want to have available. Take a real good look before you stay here if the Strip is not your destination, and make sure it will work for you.

When you pull in it has 10 pull through lanes for check in. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Nice level sites with full hookups. You will be a little close to neighbors, to be expected staying in town. Surprisingly quiet.
