Stayed just one night but we had time to explore the park a bit, lots of amenities like a pool and bar. Large sites all paved. There is also a security gate as you enter. Would have stayed more nights if we could.

We only stayed one night at the Las Vegas Oasis, since we were trying to make time to California where our daughter lives. We are coming back in about a week, and planning to stay 12 days, so we will see if anything changes during our longer stay. Honestly, I would not recommend this for an overnight as you really don't have time to use the amenities. But if the price is not a big issue, then you cannot beat that it's right off I-15 and has great security.
The park is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The park staff is friendly and seems to take care of guests pretty well. There is 24 x 7 security (a necessity in Las Vegas -- in my book), and you must have a reservation or have some other reason for being there to get in. My daughter and Son-In-Law needed to be on an approved list to get in to our site, and still required some intervention on our part to get them in past Security. I hear complaints all the time about bikes being stolen at other parks that are nice in Las Vegas (I won't name them), but they don't have security that is worth a darn... this one sure seems to have good security.
The pools, putting greens (the one we saw was real grass), and other facilities are among the best we have seen. We never did find the exercise room since we were overnighting only, but we found a nice store that could use a bit of extra stocking, and the bar was not open until the weekend. They do have a nice place to refill water bottles with cold water -- a plus when its 99 F and very dry. Dogs are welcome so long as they are not on some breed prohibition, and it looks like you can have up to 3 dogs, but check the rules if this applies.
What we didn't like is some lady selling time shares or something... she zero'd in on us like a hawk, and it was clear that the park supports her. We were nice, but let her know we were not interested, but quite frankly -- I don't like that the park even let's her in there to hawk her wares and approach guests. It was a minor inconvenience, but it's a ding in my book. If she does it again, we will probably be a little stronger in our response.
I gave it only 4 stars for location, because it's great if you want to go to the strip, but can be a detriment if you want to go to say Nellis AFB to see your daughter and Son-In-Law who's in the Air Force. The problem is that you can get closer to other parts of Las Vegas by staying at another RV Park, but not with the security that we really want to have available. Take a real good look before you stay here if the Strip is not your destination, and make sure it will work for you.

When you pull in it has 10 pull through lanes for check in. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Nice level sites with full hookups. You will be a little close to neighbors, to be expected staying in town. Surprisingly quiet.

This one was nice - relatively quiet for being as large as it was and how close to the freeway it was, clean sites and easily accessible. Laundry room was clean, but didn't shower because it was cold in those rooms! Uber to the strip will run you about $20-$40 each way depending on demand. We booked online and the site they put us in was for small rigs, even though we had specified we were a 37' 5th wheel. Luckily they were able to get us into another site that fit our rig, but that was a bit annoying. Propane fills 2 days a week is super convenient since I could not find bulk propane at a gas station for the life of me.

The good- Verizon is strong, Short drive/Uber to The Strip. Close to EVERYTHING you could possible want. Park is clean. Convenient trash cans scattered Throughout the park that are emptied regularly. Handy mart, pool looks great, didn’t try restaurant (yet). It’s opened/closed at irregular hours.
The bad- stickers in the grass. Our dogs would get burrs in their paws. They’d make their way into the RV and we’d step on the “land mines” A week later and we’re still “finding” them. OUCH. Park is pricey but no way would I stay at a park off Boulder HWY.
All in all… not bad.

Security did a great job checking vehicles at the entry gate and directing traffic. Check in was a breeze. Streets between pull through sites are okay but can be a bit intimidating if rv wash or flush company is working. With that said, Oasis offers plenty of services that will come to you: pet sitters, rv mechanics, local , etc.
Mini golf course spread out across the park. Quite a few pools, even a designated adult pool and a hot tub. Sadly, there was always someone letting there children run around defeat the purpose.
An even platform with a picnic are and table with a gravel yard.
Quarter operated laundry facility and great showers.
Some permanent residents, but what park doesn’t have them. Still, with better manners than most locations.
Overall a well maintained and very clean facility. Definitely will be coming back.

RV resorts are not our thing. We were there for a wedding. For the price, the sites were not very level. It was pretty quiet. But as I said that kind of camping is not our thing.

Office had Jay from maintenance out in a few minutes but we would have to wait until AM for fix. I asked if they had a 50>30 to loan. Jay couldn't find one, but offered a 15>30 to get us through the night. Just fine for a cold night. Dominic was out at 7am and tore the pedestal apart and got the fix done. Good service. We'll be adding adapters to the electric kit on our rig. Store had maple syrup that we forgot, but no adapter.
Clean well run urban park. Good option for RVers visiting Vegas on a business trip as I was. Wi-Fi mostly worked, but our T-Mobile was more reliable. Standard sites are close, no outside table and a shades down experience. Dog run was ok.
