If I have the right park, we found this one listed as Deer Run Park, but it is the Sioux County Conservation Board run park, maybe formerly Oak Grove Park, at any rate located at 4051 Cherry Av, Hawarden. It is a county park, we had 50A power at our site, potable community water nearby, with a bathroom/shower also nearby and dump station with easy access. Upon arrival our 30A breaker worked OK, but the 50A was non-op. The very kind neighbor was a local who frequents the park and he just happened to personally know the maintenance folks at the park by name and phone number. He called and we got an immediate response, found the 50A breaker was malfunctioning, and they quickly changed out the breaker. The site was concrete pad surrounded by well maintained lawn. Garbage was close by. The park has a boat launch to the Big Sioux River and large picnic area. If Campendium's photo attachment system worked well, I would have a series of pix for you to look at. However, their system is messed up and user unfriendly, particularly for those of us tech challenged folks.

The area is well kept and the trails are well maintained. I was able to find a brochure that had all 10 trails on it. I was told by another camper to make sure to see Big Rock and Little Rock.
On a clear night you are far enough out so see lots of stars.
