As others have written, level sites pool, laundry and bathroom facilities seem ok. We didn't use them. However, this is not an RV RESORT. It's a trailer park with many long term residents and tiny homes. The people are friendly and except for a couple of children riding their mini bikes, fairly quiet. My big concern is there's no gate or security and the sites are narrow. Also, any other RV Resorts I've stayed in had a clubhouse, which isn't here.
We'd stay here again with the special weekly rate of $199, but not at their normal rate.

A large, well maintained campground with a mix of short and long stays and tiny homes! Great laundry facilities, pools, and a dog wash station. The farm across the street had a great farm stand on Saturdays from 10-12. The only downside for us was that it was ~20+ minutes to the places we wanted to go in town.

Beautiful park well cared for level pad full hookups including cable. Nice pool clean bathrooms and laundry. Doggie wash area and super nice play area for dogs. So glad we found this peaceful and roomy park! Very nice staff. Not close to many restaurants but the market on the corner has fantastic Mexican food in the deli! We physically went to several parks in the Austin area and most are packed in like sardines or a virtual parking lot but no so here, you will love it! Straight talk phone worked fine.

We lived at Oak Forest RV in the tiny house development for a little over two years. Then we spent a month in an RV spot. Overall the park is really nice and well maintained.
The management and office leave a LOT to be desired. When we first moved in we had a lot of hiccups with utility billing on our tiny. We thought that this might just be because we were new. It did get a little better, but there was always something. When we transferred to our spot in the RV we had a couple of billing issues with electricity where we nearly paid twice because we kept getting different invoices. Turns out they actually owed us money, which they did promptly refund. The internet set up is not great. And mail and package delivery were always a source of frustration. Overall, the word that would best describe the park is disorganized. Not to mention, short stays are EXPENSIVE. We liked our time there, but we’ll find someone else to stay when we come back to visit.
We do want to give a big shout out to Isaiah and Abraham who work in the office and on the grounds crew. They were always helpful and showed a lot of care in their work.

We had a large pull through site across from the pool. Plenty of room for our 41 ft motorhome and Jeep. All the facilities were very clean. Lots of full time families here. Everyone was very nice and friendly — both staff and other residents! We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Austin. Only took us 15 minutes to get to St David’s for our appointment. Granted it was summer but not having to get on IH 35 or any of the other highways is a definite plus. We recommend approaching from TX130 if coming from the south. 183 is okay from the north but all torn up both directions south of Manor Rd.
They even have a nice dog washing station and lots of cool improvements planned. The only suggestions we have would be to make sure each site has a picnic table and to add a patio slab to the pull through sites.

Very nice pool area with 2 pools, handicapped accessible including lift and wheelchair ramp into water. Also have a hottub.
Nice BBQ community area..VERY VERY CLEAN... alot of Tiny Houses too, all very nice and well kept.onsite garbage pickup every other day during work week.
There is some road noise, specially with Fire and Police, not sure if there is a fire house/ police station near by.

This is an RV resort with a lot of snow birders. The first couple rows of sites were used for short timers with easy access. There were a lot of improvements and additional sites going in during 2018. There are a lot of seasonal sites and good amenities.

We stayed at Oak Forest RV Park for 4 nights while we were in Austin for SXSW. It was clean and well maintained. They were doing some construction so it was a little bit loud at times with all the big trucks, but not enough to really bother us. The bathrooms were clean and as well as the grounds. The section we were in was mostly all pull thru sites, which makes it nice. Easy in and easy out. Office staff was polite when checking in. Office is closed on Sundays.
On site laundry was clean, convenient and affordable. 3 washers and 4 dryers.
There is a pool and a hot tub, we did not use them but I did check them out, they looked nice as well.
Wifi was TengoInternet. It functioned well for us. And it was free.
Only downfall for me was the price, it's a bit more than I would like to pay for an extended time. The Austin Rodeo was going on that week so we could not utilize our Good Sam discount. Also there were quite a few horse trailers in the park because of the rodeo down the road, but no horses so there weren't any bad smells.
We would stay here again.
