This is a very nice USFS campground on the east fork of the Hood River. Most of the sites are directly on the river. Our site, 16, had a great view up and down the river. No electricity, potable water, dump station, over the air television, or Verizon signal (even with a booster). We would definitely camp there again. 0.3 mile gravel road to access the campsites. Rate reflects senior discount.

The sites are close together but with some separation. There are larger more secluded sites on the loop to the left. We would liked to have stayed here but there is no drinking water.

Nottingham Campground, Mt Hood National Forest Review

We left a very smoky home midafternoon hoping to get out of the smoke by heading north into the mountains, but were disappointed that the smoke followed us. It was better than home, but still present....
