Reservations were easy on the KOA website. Check in was all set up for us on arrival. I was driven to the site by the golf cart guy who also helped me set up in the site. The site was fairly level gravel. There is a lot of tree cover but they thin them to be sure they don’t interfere with getting into the sites. There is a pool that was closed in October. There is a nice play area for kids and a mini-golf course. Every site had a picnic table and fire ring. There are restrooms close. AT&T had 2 bars of 5G. The free WiFi is good and streaming quality can be purchased (although I streamed fine on the basic WiFi). Antenna gets ABC and PBS but they have cable that gets many more channels (interesting that there were no major networks and the picture was fuzzy). The camp is close to Amherst, the Northampton Rail Trail, the Berkshires, Norman Rockwell Museum, the Eric Carle Museum and the Dr. Seuss Museum.

The upper area was on a hillside and wooded with plenty of shade. The lower area where we stayed was busy throughout the day, but seemed calmer in the evening compared to the upper area. The staff were numerous, friendly, and helpful.
The facilities were decent. The pool was clean and well kept. The mini golf course was in need of a lot of attention. The playground was big and had plenty of space for the kids to play. The roads were decent… which is saying a lot given the amount of rain that we experienced in the area. You can tell the crew on site did a lot of on the spot repair work given the washouts. Kudos to them.
We stayed on site #6, which is a full hook up with sewer 30 amp site. It also had a small dog kennel for our pups to use. The site was a decent size with a fire ring, propane grill, swing, picnic table, and chairs. The RV parking spot was stoned in and fairly level. I could have used my leveling blocks, but it was close enough to level. My biggest gripe was that the lower areas of the grass on our site was swamped with all the rain. Again, not the campsites fault, but annoying nonetheless.
Long story short… We would go back without hesitation.

Overall not a bad place. No real feeling of anyone running the place mostly young kids that checked us in. Not so welcoming chickens and rooster chasing us in to check in. “Big campground”

This is a big campground which goes all the way up a hill into the woods. The front has open sites with no shade, and from the middle to the back it's mostly wooded.
The front is near the office and pool, and it was very crowded there. Lots of families hanging out.
In the middle of the woods there was a mixture of tents and RVs. Fairly busy there too, and a fair amount of smoke from fires.
The upper end / back of the campground is the best in my opinion. It's quieter as it's away from all that activity. The back-in sites up there are wide and fairly easy to get into. The trees coverage is nice. There's an open space in the middle too for pull through sites that easily accommodates bigger rigs. This open space also provides some extra room for backing into the aforementioned back-in sites.
Our site was pretty level, only requiring one block under the left side tires. Most sites up top were level.
This place isn't really convenient to groceries, shopping, or restaurants. It takes a little while on back roads to get there, and the speed limits change constantly up and down from 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 mph. Seems like most of the limits in this area are artificially low, and it'll take you longer to get anywhere.
We saw some long term residents here and some of their spaces were cluttered and their campers were dirty, but nothing too crazy.
The road from the middle to the top of the hill and back is bumpy and dusty. Not bad enough to do any damage. Take it slow and steady and it'll be ok.
