North Woods Club Road Designated Dispersed Campsites

This is an excellent spot. Continue down the paved road and you’ll pass lots of houses and wonder where this will take you. Eventually the pavement turns into a nice dirt road and you stop seeing houses. Finally, you’ll cross a narrow bridge and there’s the most perfect spot directly to the right after crossing the bridge. We stayed here. It has a huge camping area with picnic table and fire pit right along side the creek and it was just gorgeous. You can hear the water flowing over the rocks all night long- so peaceful. If you continue past the site by the bridge, there’s 2 more sites we saw but didn’t continue further down the road. Saw 4 sites in total (one was before the bridge), but ours was best by far. No cell signal whatsoever. We didn’t see another person until the next day when a couple cars drove by (perhaps residents? They weren’t campers).

Beautiful scenery. Hiking trails nearby. Sound of river and loons. So peaceful. Got my class B in there easily.
