Overall Rating
We had a great dry site on a peninsula overlooking the reservoir. We had a pit toilet within walking distance. Our closest neighbor was about 1/2 to 1 mile away. Very quiet and great scenery. Even though there was a fishing tournament going on, we were not bothered at all by the boat noise. Our lab Daisy loved the multiple places to jump in the water. We did have a few day users fish nearby but all alone at night. The ranger visited us at least once a day to check on us. The only negatives were the mosquitoes. But that is normal in June. The reservoir is very large with GREAT fishing. Dump site and water are available at the Park HQ. I rated it a 4 before of no water and electric at the site. Other than that it would be a 5.
