Overview of North Klondike Campground

Individual campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. You are required to physically arrive at the campground to pay for and claim a site. Once on-site, you can pay for your campsite(s) by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. You will need to download the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS.

This is best done prior to your arrival.

I came here a couple years ago boondocking. Had the best memories with an amazing campsite spot. Now they have installed a campground and forbid to camp on BLM land. Only on campsites. It’s now $20 for picnic tables, a fire pit and pit toilets (that most of us don’t use). I’m so disappointed. I guess they’re are valid reasons. But I wo... more

We really wanted to stay at this camp. The drive in was tortuous. The road is rutted right from the start. We have a high clearance van but were doing less than 5mph and everything was getting shaken to pieces. We finally made it to the campground, which was nice, but you would have to be prepared to stay and not need to go out ag... more
