Campground is 9 miles off Hwy 95. First 4 miles is beautiful maintained road. At milepost 4 you enter the National Forest and the road deteriorates. Drivable, just lots of potholes. CG has 5 sites best suited for campers or camper vans. There are a couple you could get a trailer into but no room for awnings or slides. With one exception, all the firepits and tables are 20 + yards from your vehicle. The vault toilet is small and hasn't been cleaned lately, but usable. The creek is a short walk through the CG and very fast moving. My dog almost got swept downstream. I would hesitate to let children or pets near it. There is a nice pullout just past milepost 8 that could accommodate any size rig. That was my 1st option but it was occupied so the Campground was plan B.
