Beautiful, we’ll maintained campground. Bathrooms were the cleanest ones we’ve ever used. Thanks for a great 2-day relaxing stay.

The Camp Host (Ester) was amazing and she treats this campground with care. Small details like raking each campsite and even adding special touches to the bathrooms (see picture). Great place. Even large pull-through a for our 30’ with TOAD.

One of the best kept BLM camps I've seen (13 years full timing). Hosts were excellent. Not much more to add except a couple of pics of the pit toilets.

This is a clean quiet campground. We have sprint with 5 bars. Water and a dumpster on site. When you come here make sure you check out the 🚻. These are the cleanest pit toilets you will ever use. This should be a must stop during your travels.

Very friendly camp hosts and just a nice place to stay. We had started out for an overnight stay and ended up here for a week. The lake is dry on this side as of 9/17/22.

For only $8 you are getting fresh water and garbage service. There were only few spots occupied when we've arrived there, and we took a pull-through spot. Very quiet and nice. Friendly host.

A great BLM site near Susanville CA! There are about 20 sites. We were there on a Tuesday and only four were occupied. The camp host was was super friendly and gave us the the low down on dump stations. The only downside is there is not a dump station on site. Our site was level and pretty large. A great BLM site near Susanville CA! There are about 20 sites. We were there on a Tuesday and only four were occupied. The camp host was was super friendly and gave us the the low down on dump stations. The only downside is there is not a dump station on site. Our site was level and pretty large. Because the place is so lightly used we felt like we were out in the woods by ourselves. It has water (threaded faucets on wells so easy to full your fresh water tank) and vault toilets. The toilets were possibly the cleanest vaults I have ever seen! Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area. Cost is $8/night, $4 with a senior pass.

We filled them all as all were empty and the birds REALLY appreciated it. There is good birding in the campground. It is a beautiful place. About 20 sites. Only 3 of us last night (Wednesday). As said by others, exceptionally clean vault toilets, widely spaced sites, and lovely setting. The only disappointment was that we did not see any hiking trails from the campground and with 3 dogs, hiking is key.
