North Clifton RV Park

This is a city/county park with public access for all. Park area with swings and slides for the kids. Full hook ups, clean bathroom/showers, cheap laundry, sidewalks along rivers edge that will lead you to showers and bathrooms. Most campers are working during week and seemed to leave on weekends. Everyone was quiet and respectful. The San Francisco river runs along side the park but access is not easy because of trees and deep ravine. Very tranquil and nice. The Coronado Trail and Morenci Mine are close. The scale of the mine is impressive. Our only interaction with management was by phone. There doesn’t seem to be a full time office but the facilities stayed clean and garbage cans stayed emptied. I didn’t see any long pull through spots although there may be some, mostly back up spots for 20’-30’ rv’s. Passport American discount = $14/day up to 8 days then full price.

The park is small but nice.
Well maintained lots of trees.

Clifton self has not much to offer the Chase Creek street is a mess
In Morenci the Freeport McMoRan mine has a nice viewpoint.
