We have a very large RV. Will we have trouble turning around to get out?

My husband (our driver!) says you should have no problem turning around at low tide. Be sure to monitor the tides! And we also suggest you not go past the warning sign (at the 5 mile mark) because the sand is really soft after that point. Unhook and drive your TV as far as you want, though. It's a blast out there!

let your tires down, very important when driving on sand or getting stuck. Take a compressor with you to air up again when on paved roads.

We have a class A 35' Will it drive on the sand? I've seen pictures with Class A camped on the beach.

Yes, Padre Island National Park. I have been talking to the park directly, but also want some input from campers that have been.
