We were looking for something close to downtown Albuquerque, and found Nomadland, and couldn't possibly be happier. Easy to get to, very secure, and is the finest RV Park that we've ever had the pleasure to stay at. We had just finished a cross country trek and our trailer was literally as dirty as it's ever been, but we pulled right into the first class wash bay cleaned it up. Close to everything and easy access to anywhere in Albuquerque that you want to go. Highly recommend Nomadland. A plus, they are expanding across the street, looks to be the same high quality and features.

Our stay at Nomadland was special in many ways. First, Dan or his assistant answer the phone personally. Next, upon arrival we pulled right into the washing bay and cleaned our truck and 5th Wheel top to bottom. They even gave us tokens so we didn't need to slide a credit card or use quarters to operate the RV wash. Our first day our fridge had a problem. I walked to the office to get some of their (complimentary) ice and told Dan that we might need extra ice because our fridge wasn't working. He took me into one of his workrooms and showed me a fridge that I could use. He offered me a key to access the fridge outside of office hours. We were able to troubleshoot our fridge and restore it to good function, but we are grateful to Dan and impressed by his kindness. He keeps his property spic and span; he noticed a discoloration on the asphalt where a tire cleaner was used and he cleaned it promptly. The property is especially beautiful when approaching at night with an artful lighted bronze fence. There aren't any resort-type amenities but Nomadland is run with pride and high standards.
We will definitely stay at this unique property again.

On arrival, I wasn't happy, because the site was confusing, however, after talking with the owner, I have to say... we would stay here again in a heartbeat! They were quick to answer my phone call and help me maneuver around appropriately and we had a wonderful deck to enjoy. We only stayed one night, which was what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and very well maintained.
According to my hubby, the shower facilities were extremely clean and nicely maintained. The owners actually came out on a Sunday morning to check on us and spent time talking with us to fully understand what concerns we had. They took pictures of our rig and truck to help others who might have the same maneuvering issues.
I definitely appreciated their responsiveness and the cleanliness of everything! Thank you so much for caring enough about us to check in and ask us what we liked or didn't like about the site. It meant the world to me.

I like the fact that it’s gated but you can come and go 24/7. Yes, the majority of the site is a RV storage place, but they offer so much. You can refill propane, wash your RV in their wash bay, use their shower room, get free bags of ice, add air to your tires, and enjoy complimentary coffee. They even offer leveling blocks if needed.
The staff here provide great customer service and are very friendly. I will be back.

This was the perfect stop for a night in Albuquerque. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the bathrooms/showers were clean and the safety of the gated facility was comforting. We would definitely stay again.

The area is gated and secure, offers free coffee and ice, many of the sites are covered thus out of the sun, and the bathrooms are immaculate. They also have a dump station and fresh water fill. There was a slight reservation snafu in our case however Dan managed to accommodate us and everything worked out great. We would definitely stay here again.

The management is beyond excellent - they helped move my schedule due to an emergency and even made a spot for me when they were full (due to the unusual situation). The amenities are fantastic! A full-size RV self-service carwash (with a catwalk up high to clean the roof). They also had FILTERED water for your fresh tanks! Free air machine for the tires, and propane for sale. Super clean and safe gated property - I never once worried about my RV while I was out exploring. The location is SW of town and a short drive to the museums and Old Town. I look forward to the next opportunity to stay there!

There is 24 hr access via a keypad. This storage facility is close to the Petroglyph Monument, but I didnt visit there on this trip.
It was an easy back in site for our 29ft travel trailer site #33, with site #32 available for my tow vehicle.
This facility is clean, quiet, well staffed, friendly and safe. If I lived in ABQ I would for sure store my Trailer here! This is a secure and professional operation.
They have a dump station (which i didnt use, but it looked to be a great setup)
They have a Full Size wash bay which I did use, had soap, brush, hi power sprayer, upper deck for gettin up high on your rig. All in great shape and like brand new.
Dan is building a second facility right across the street, so even more spaces will be available soon.
If you need a quick overnight (or two) in ABQ near the National Monument or Downtown, this is a great option. I would for sure stay here again.

After spending a previous night concerned about safety, we were so thrilled to find this place. Thank you Dan!! Our space was level, paved, safe and clean. Each day employees were cleaning various areas, Very impressive. We had electric, other spots have full hookups. Good wifi. We appreciated Dan’s attention to detail, such as the elevated platform in the RV wash area and the clean gently sloped dump station. The fresh water is filtered, they even have hot water if you wish. Across the street Dan is constructing a dedicated RV park with many amenities, to be completed in 2024. Check out the beautiful photo collage inside the main building. Leonard, the facility manager, was also very helpful. Dan provides a safe welcoming place for travelers.
