I’ve been in the area for a couple months and when this is open - it’s an awesome, easy stop with free potable water, dump, and propane fill. As of 2/18/24 ALL services are currently closed due to major work they are doing on the concrete of their parking lot. There are many free dumps in the area at Mavericks. I’ve been in the area for a couple months and when this is open - it’s an awesome, easy stop with free potable water, dump, and propane fill. As of 2/18/24 ALL services are currently closed due to major work they are doing on the concrete of their parking lot. There are many free dumps in the area at Mavericks. If this review gets outdated, make sure you call before trying to use this. I believe the work is going to take a significant amount of time.

Name has changed to Gander RV, still free to use their dump station. Non-potable water available at the dump station, but it did not have a hose when I was there. I did not service potable water so I don’t know if that is available.

PS no camping or washing of vehicles here.
The dumpstation is right next to the road.

What a great stop! We were here mid day on a Sunday and only one rig in front of us. Large lot to turn around in, propane when dealership is open. Highly recommend when in St George. Just dumped, no stay.
