The check in process is very confusing and not at all user-friendly. To make matters worse, if you make the mistake of pulling up to the security guard kiosk, as would be normal at most parks, the security guards will simply shrug their shoulders and act like they can't possibly help you. One security guard in particular was so rude, banging on the tinted glass with his big ring, even though he knew full well I could not see in the glass.... then yelling at me for not going around to the window, which was CLEARLY MARKED "Closed"..... then getting yelled at for pulling up to the wrong gate, then pulling up too far... then not far enough. Don't stop at the huge STOP sign; you will get yelled at. This security guard was so rude, we actually left early (first time we've ever done that!).... knowing that we will not be getting refunded for the three days remaining. We would rather lose our money than spend any more time in that place. Would not go back if it were free.

What I got was an active construction site across the street with construction workers using my driveway as a shortcut to the bath house 20 times a day. As if the constant noise wasn’t enough, I had dirty creeps strolling by my windows all day. I couldn’t sit outside without hearing protection and I kept all my blinds closed. Take a good look around before you commit to booking here.

We went to book a site here only to realize there were $300 in fees added. The nightly rate quoted was about $55 dollars but then they add the fees... no way!

We can here in Feb. 2019 and the snowbirds were down in full force. The island was bustling with activity throughout each day we stayed. It's a former campground that has turned into a mix of RV lots, mobile homes, & houses over the years. Everything is very well-maintained and extremely orderly here. There are plenty of activities and amenities here to keep you busy. The T-Mobile here is the fastest I've ever seen it. I would definitely come back!
LetsJustGoRV would stay here again
