Mystic Forest RV Park

Patrick was very welcoming and nice. We appreciated his help with site locations and what would still be too wet for the trailer. New owners, they appear to be working at restoring this aged campground. I would definitely return. It has open areas as well as a few spots to tuck into the trees.

I avoid the RV resorts, which to me are glorified parking lots. But I really liked this small, family campground. The tent camp sites were so beautiful and private that I felt a pang of jealousy, as I made my nightly evening round. We came to Red woods without a reservation, and came across this place and loved it was so close to everything and had trails along with amenities like laundry, and WiFi to check emails. Not to mention the owners were amazing! So helpful! Definitely recommend this one!

New Owners are very friendly and helpful. We needed a spot that accommodated our 34 ft super c as well as a tent. The owners picked the perfect spot for us. The rv park is located near various trails and activities at the Redwoods National Park. Park was very quiet with minimal noise from the highway. Would definitely recommend.

Sites are level on grass, private feeling. Full hook ups, spotless bathrooms and free shower. Plenty of trees and shade. 50 acres, a nature path and miniature golf. New owners, very welcoming thoughtful people.

September 1 price was $42 including full hookups, minus Good Sam if you have it! We got site 5 in the woods, which was huge and secluded. Really nice, friendly, and good value! Right off hwy 101, near the Trees of Mystery and a convenience store and gas across the highway.

Not your typical RV camp. Parking is on grass. 30 amp max. Owners are really nice. Beautiful area surrounded by trees.

This is a sweet Family run campground in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the stay, but the sites are very very tight. Literally packed in 2 ft From each other. There are sites under the trees that are better, but for us, we were super close to both neighbors. I might not recommend only for this reason.

While traveling down the highway we had a fairly significant issue with our 5th wheel. After spending 2 nights on the side of the highway, we came here and the owners could not have been more helpful and kind.
