Overall nice park. Friendly. But I think trees do need some trimming. Nice restrooms. Playground for the kids. Not to bad

We got very lucky and booked a weekend here super last minute. The streets are wide so it’s nice to walk the dog or ride bikes. We found a trail to the river and took a little dip. The water is COLD but it was hot out so it felt amazing. The little breakfast place has a very spicy Bloody Mary, not for the weak. Lol

This site is close to home but a great getaway for the 2 of us. I'd love to bring my grandson sometime. Beautiful setting at the base of Mt. Hood. Clean and well cared for!!
Very friendly staff too.

The whole place was in disrepair. About half of the washers at the laundromat were broken. Trash and litter everywhere. It looks like it used to be a really nice place but not now.

Close to great hikes
Now the cons
Our bathroom had cold water only
(Not for me)
Floors in pool area and spa were filthy at least we had hot water
The whole row of sites was empty near us but somehow we had to look out our neighbors rear trailer, yes we should have gone to the office to move at least we power and water
I am giving 3 stars only for the hot tub because after a long hike I need it

The prices certainly don’t reflect the type of park it should be. Weeds have grownup almost 4’ in some places. Little or no maintenance has been done at all. When we checked in they tried to sell us a membership to Thousand Trails. Our experience, we have not seen any of their properties that we would participate in membership. It’s a real shame that this park is not taken better care of considering the location. Thousand Trails should give this park some care or stop charging so much for the run down/overgrown sites if their not going to.

Awesome indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and game room. The playground was nice too. My kids didn’t want to leave. Our site was shaded and they spaced everyone out well. This has been our favorite Thousand Trails yet. We’ll be back!

The site we ended up on had people backed up to us. We left early to move.

The RV space we had was nice. No problems there. My kids loved the pool, game room, and playground. The resort needs to be maintained better for sure. The pool was a gross green color and the bathhouse next to our RV space was so dirty and run down it was pretty disgusting. Half of the toilet were broken. One shower was so stained it looked like something was murdered in there. My 9 year old cried when I asked her to take a shower, even in one of the less gross showers.
Tents are allowed so there were a few large groups near us that set up tent compounds.
My kids had a good time, but for the price we paid I expected it to be better maintained.
