The park is kept clean. They have two rows of first come first served. You want to be there no later than Firday morning to find a FCFS this is a popular park for families on the weekend. It has a large play ground. They have a boat launch in the campground. In the morning when the lake is flat and th sun is jus hitting the water and the Loons are singing is a magical time to be kayaking.

We arrived without reservations on a Friday and most the FCFS sites (1-24 and 54-81) were taken by 2:00. An attendant will come by and collect the camping fee.
There was an onsite manager and the campground was spotless. Paved road to the campground and throughout the campground. Sites were back in (a few double sites), level and most could handle big rigs, table, fire pit, flush toilets, pit toilets, showers, trash, recycling, day use, boat launch, dog beach, amphitheater, trails, playground. A path passing some private property leads to the day use area with a swimming beach.
There is a $5 dump station which could be used by non campers. There was some train and highway noise, but not terrible. 1-2 bars of Verizon.

We stayed one night, on our way back to the US from a few days in Banff, 8/17/2019. $33 Canadian for a boondocking site. The booth at the entrance had a sign indicating reserved/open sites for the night, and instructions to check in with the staff when they come around the sites.
The campground was filled with families, lots of kids on bikes. (okay, a little noisy, but not enough to interrupt my nap!). Our site may have been a little further away from neighbors than many on the inner loops; would pick this site again on a future visit.
There is good access to the lake, with a boat ramp and boat trailer parking. One negative - our dog was generally welcomed at the Canadian parks, but was not welcome at the waterfront at this campground.
The sites are large, well-maintained, with gravel pads, new picnic table, fire ring. Firewood available for purchase. They are fairly well-spaced, with trees between the sites. The trees, though, do not provide much privacy, as there aren't many lower branches. The loop road around the campground, where our site was located, is two-way; it would have been a little easier to back in if we had come in counter-clockwise.
There are two large bathhouses, with free, hot showers. Nice, new, clean. There are water spigots and trash cans located around the park, so it won't be far from your site to wash your dishes or fill your water bottles. Dump station on the way out of the park, with good access.
