Overall Rating

Older park but they are making repairs. Level gravel PT Sites. A Little close but not too bad. Good 50/30 Amp power, and good water pressure. Clean laundry room with 4 Washers and dryers. They have a nice looking pool but closed right now. It was hard to get in touch with them to make a reservation, They have changed their phone number. 520-221-9211. They gave a Good Sams Discount so $41 Per night. No activities but we don’t need them. Good location for Madera Canyon and surrounding area. They have many long stay residents but park was quiet. If you want a resort, try next door. we’ll stay again when in the area. They fill propane tanks

Overall Rating

Once again, we just needed a place to stay the night and get laundry done. Staff was nice, but the sites were pretty close together and cramped. The heater for the pool was broken, and my kids were disappointed with that. Laundry was super cheap though, and we visited nearby Tumacacori National Historic Park which was pretty neat.

We stayed here the month of December 2019. They use 2 different mailing addresses, 1 for UPS, FedEx which is on the RV Site and 1 for USPS which is off site at a post office. Which they never check. We had mail that came after we had left. I’ve called the manager “Lisa” several times and she said she would send it to us. Well it’s now March 12, 2020 and still no mail! Guess we are not important enough!
