Not much to do in camp, but we were visiting family so it suited us fine. And we did take some long bike rides on the country roads. W/E only in our site so I had to use our portable tank to dump the gray water once in the easy-access dump station. Could have used the clean shower facilities, but we prefer our own. Not as crowded as the park across the street. Beautiful setting close to the Snake river.

Arrived just before the off-season. The camp host was very nice and welcomed us on his four wheeler. The sites are very spacious and have full hookups with the exception of sewer. Not a huge deal for us, and we had four staying the night! If I find myself in the area I will stay again. Very close to everything you need.

Great place. Only wish there were sewer hookups but there is a dump station and a dumpster (contrary to another review). Good riding trails nearby and we kayaked the snake River from palisades dam down to Conant boat access. Good spot to access several activities in the area.

This park and it's owners really are phenomenal. They are doing so much work to rehab the park and make it a destination! They were extremely helpful for us as this was our first stay since transitioning to fulltime RV life with our family. They suggested site #44 for us since we would be staying for a few weeks time. The site was level and had an additional parking space for our truck. Plenty of grass for our kids to run around in! 50amp with water - no sewer hookups. There was a dumpster on site, as well as a dump station, but we found the dump station was hard to access (it was located on the left side of the road as you exit). We opted to dump our tanks in Idaho Falls - it has a large dump station perfect for our large rig. We loved that this campground hosted several festivals throughout the year, and had some cabins, a yurt, and a small RV that were available to rent. Wifi was okay as we were close to the back of the park. Starlink worked well on the ground with some interruptions - no interruptions once we put it up on our flag pole!

Friendly Staff. Close enough to the Tetons if that’s what your looking for. Att 3 bars. Wi-Fi works better in some spots than others.

grass site was fairly level and water and electric were good. Showers and toilets were clean but shower was luke-warm. No onsite dumbster for trash no dump station - not on site or even close. Camp host very nice guy and helpful.

The grounds also have little cabins designed to look like an old west village that was charming and a super-clear trout pond.
Bathhouse was clean and the grounds were very well-maintained! WiFi worked ok one day and then not the next.
I walked further up the road and ended up at the Snake river and saw a cool osprey nest—the mama was not happy with me though!
We would stay here again.

Found this campground as a last minute search for a spot to stay the night and hoped for the best. A little off the beaten path but signage led us all the way there. How pleasantly surprised we were upon arrival and found the site to be perfect for us and our dog. Lots of trees and REAL grass for our dog to lay on. The two owners/hosts were super friendly and helpful. They even called us after we booked online to upgrade us to a better site with views of the bluff/butte. They even delivered firewood right to our site! Grounds were super tidy and bathrooms/showers were very clean. If you're looking for a pet-friendly campground, this is the place for you. There is a large and clean, shaded grassy area to walk and exercise your pet. Most of the campers around us had pets but everyone was excellent about keeping them quiet and their sites clean of pet waste. Cell service is a little spotty but not under their control. I've heard this campground is under new ownership so we're pulling for them to be a success. If we're ever in the area, we won't hesitate to stay again!

Great campground! We called to reserve and paid over the phone. Call to check in and hosts guide you to your spot. I guess it used to have some old west themed nights but it’s under new management since spring 2021. The new camp hosts are super friendly, extremely helpful about the area and they take great care of the place. Wish I could remember their names. Bathrooms + showers are very clean with nice water pressure and HOT water. Volleyball court, shaded pavilions, and sites are decently spaced. I’ve definitely seen worse! WiFi was offered but kind of spotty. NO cell service. (AT&T) We only stayed for one night but we would have stayed more if we were staying in the area. Great views of snake river just a short bike ride/drive away also! Don’t miss out :)
