Overall Rating

A charming and quiet campground, with a beautiful setting and large level sites. Good WiFi. Conveniently located near Linville Falls and Grandfather Mountain. The staff here is friendly and the facilities are very well kept. MRFC was just what we were looking for this week for a relaxing, fall getaway. A hidden gem we’re glad we found.

In June 2018 we happened upon MRFC and fell in love with the serenity of this valley, the sound of the water rushing over the rocks in the Toe River, but mostly the owners and the other campers here.
