(Dates Stayed: 04/06-04/10/2023) (Used PPA $ - Regular $25 Daily) you want an inexpensive quiet private park this might be the ticket. It's out in the country North of Alamogordo but not too far. A good alternative if everything else is booked, such as the AFB at White Sands. Pay attention to directions, DO NOT USE your GPS.

They also have sleds available if you are headed to White Sands National Park. The park is a little farther down Route 54 than most of the RV parks but it is well worth it. We loved our stay and will most certainly be staying here again if we head back out this way.

It has country feel with nice views, Very nice hosts, passport america campground.
It is convenient to all Alamogordo attractions, including White Sand national Park.
Note- Do not take rattlesnake road like the gps suggests. Take mountain meadows rd.
There is a concrete culvert dip on the rattlesnake road route which will damage longer rv's.

Jack and JoAnn that run it are very nice. They meet you with a golf cart and then escort you to your site. They tell you all the information you need and some about the town. They have sleds you can borrow when you go out to the sand dunes. If we are ever back this way we will definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet, clean park. Outside of town a little, which made it nice and quiet. We used as a base to explore White Sands and Pistachio land. Hosts were amazing, allowed us to show up late and met us at the gate and guided us to our site. Laundry and hot showers on site.

In the country yet close enough to stores, Pistachioland, White Sands NP, Space Museum. We loved this place. The GPS directions all say to go down Rattlesnake rd but DONT. There is a massive, deep ditch that you will have to go thru if you go rattlesnake rd. Just go straight to Mountain Meadows Rd!

You have to drive over 2 miles down a residential road to get to the RV site - be sure to follow the signs so you don't end up in anyone's driveway, and as they say in thier welcome email - don't bring your RV down Rattlesnake Rd even if your GPS tells you to! I took a lovely walk around the property behind the park and there is a small, interesting canyon. We visited White Sands National Park (30 min away) and were able to borrow sleds and wax from the RV park (free) for the day which was really nice! Also 30 min away in the other direction was the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site. It is very quiet and peaceful out here, yet close enough to the town to be convient to stores.

We stayed here one night and found their laundry and bathrooms to be clean and nice. There are a few trees in the park and grass in the center area but otherwise is gravel. The people working here were nice as well. We would come back when in the area.

You have a beautiful view of the Sacramento Mountains right out your camper window at this park. Full hookups, and a nice shower/bathroom, as well as a nice laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It’s super hot out here in the desert in June, but they have a cute shaded area in the middle of the park. Both Verizon and AT&T worked great! Would highly recommend this park if you’re in the area.
