Overall Rating

The access to the campground was pretty easy, though we came up at the end of October, so no snow prevented our access. It's not so far away from Ashland that it's really out of the way however it's far enough to make you feel like you're tucked away in the mountains. Overall Rating

Great place, great views, nice drive! Would come back. Met a pct hiker and had a chat. Was above the smoke from all the wildfires in the area.

“Small campground up on the mountain”

The actual Mt Ashland campground is hard to get a RV into. There is a small parking area by the vault toilets about 50 feet long on a narrow mountain road.
