Overall Rating
Most campgrounds have closed for the season. My husband likes to gas up in Hixton as cheaper price for diesel at the Clark truck stop. They suggested this campground. No problem checking in. Facilities were clean. Cold, dark and rainy so appreciated a nice place to park with electric. Train woke me once otherwise quiet

Overall Rating
Small lawn area next to an older motel. Electric hookup only, no water or sewer. Nice check in person who was willing to accommodate an over night stop. Place has scattered trailers on grass, not a vacation stop i felt like i was intruding on a private space. Better than walmart or truckstop but, just. The place is for sale by owner so management may change.
Motel is in rough shape, ice machine didn't work, smokers area in front of entrance.
