The first 4 rows of the lower have hook ups, I personally like the upper section as it is away from the main entrance and row. The middle rows have limited shade so good for solar the very back of the upper section is the prettiest under eucalyptus trees but shaded in case you need to feed your solar. The rows on the eastern outside sites are very nice also.

Hi Sarah! The upper section is close to the group camps. The lower is closer to the road. The middle section (where we camped) is near the bathrooms and showers. I feel that the middle or southern perimeter sites were be the most quiet, if that is what you are looking for. All sites are subject to the crash of sound from the trash truck on early morning pickup day!

Upper in my opinion, but lower is closer to the water. One of our fav’s.

Both have advantages as the other reviewers have stated. The entire park is great—the best on the central coast!
