We couldn’t find the dump area when we first arrived at the gas station down the hill. It had a dump area but it was locked and I read all the reviews so we kept searching and went up the hill to the travel area where trucks and RVs go to get gas and snacks and lo and behold. there were the four areas, nice and clean where you swipe your credit card and for 10 bucks you can dump. Clean and neat and no pressure. We needed to jump so badly. I was so happy we found this place. Traveling in a Leisure Unity Travel Van. :-)

The travel station seems freshly renovated. Plenty of space for large rigs to fill up and dump tanks. Free potable water as well. There are four dump stations so no long waits. Plenty of space to park and stretch your legs too. Cost was $10 to dump. Fuel prices were comparable to other stations in the area.

Used the dump station they had numerous ones $10 and it is automated don’t have to go inside. Brand new and very clean. Water at the dump station not sure if it’s potable. It didn’t come up when searching for dump sites. Maybe because so new.

“Too much for a dump”
Reviewed 4/14/2021
Filled out almost empty gas tank but it wasn’t quite 50 gallons. Still had to pay $15 to dump. There is water but they were not confident it was potable. We still filled because we needed it and will filter it again with our life straws.

“Free Potable Water”
Reviewed 12/16/2020
We did not dump here but needed to refill our water tanks, went inside, asked and were told that the water of the spigot is potable and free!
Great since there are not too many places around that offer potable water

The dump is just past the RV pumps and is pretty easy to get into but getting out was a bit less clear due to some construction but we managed.
The dump area is NOT very level. There is water but not clear if it is potable or not.

“$15 to dump or free with 50 gallons of gas”

As the title indicates, know there is a fee to dump. There is a pretty big well stocked little convenience store, the gas pumps and dump station are easy to pull through. Fortunately we were there at night so no line, but there is only one station. There is a spigot available.

“50 gallons of gas is ridiculous for dump access!”

The outside pumps stop at $74. I can see spending $50 or $100 minimum for free dump, but 50 gallons is insane. I came in with a nearly empty tank and realized that was really not a fair deal just to dump and didn't want to fill up completely today. I think my tank is only 50 gallons, so you really need a big fuel tank in order to dump ... more

I came in with a nearly empty tank and realized that was really not a fair deal just to dump and didn't want to fill up completely today. I think my tank is only 50 gallons, so you really need a big fuel tank in order to dump without paying. I would recommend stopping in Indio to dump. I can make it a few more days, so I plan to do this later.
I did not see water at the dump location! Looks like it is just a dump. In n Out Burger and Panda Express restaurants close.

“Dump station works as advertised”

Had to jump through some hoops to use it, but once they came out and unlocked it, all went smoothly. Not the easiest place to get in and out of. Lots of traffic in there too. But you can fuel up, dump, refill propane, and even grab a snack all in one place. Not bad at all, but the price is a bit steep.

“Closed”
noted 2/28/2024
we showed up today it’s February 28, 2024 and the dump station is closed. There is a lock on it. The store is doing some remodeling and there is no attendant to get a key to unlock the dump station so we were unable to dump pier today.
