This campground is primarily situated for tent camping though we got lucky and reserved one of the few pull-throughs that we could fit our trailer. Dry camping only here though vault toilets were available. $8 for firewood bundle through the kind hosts. Quiet hours 10pm-7am and no hammocks allowed though we saw many people ignoring this rule and the hosts not enforcing it.
No service (Verizon) but that’s part of its appeal, you can truly unplug here.

We always love camping here. Lots of wildlife, trees, and cool air. There’s not really a bad site here, though some are better than others. Hosts were great. Kids loved riding their bikes. Bathrooms were clean with flushing toilets. No sinks for hand washing though. AT&T cell service was patchy.

We have camped there for years. Pine and aspen foliage and great dark sky star views. We love the nice amenities of a national forest campgrounds with paved roads and trailer pads but usually uncrowded except for holiday weekends. Campsites from tents up to class A motor-homes. Group sites also available.
