“Surprisingly nice in a very high traffic town”

This was a full hookup park (15-amp) at the northernmost end of town right off Peninsular Highway 1 but set back from the road and through a gate. It's a big town, so the fact that the park if just outside of town is good as it was a pretty quiet place. The owner lives in a house in the front of the property and when she's not there (most of the time) she has a young man who handles check-in, landscaping and other work around the property until 6pm each day. They offer wi-fi but tell you upfront that it only really works at the tables outside the office. We were in the first site and were able to link to the wi-fi a few times.
Spacing is normal for an "urban" type of park. The first electric connection we tried was reverse polarity but we found one that was ok. The location is within an hour from various ports in Bahia Magdalena where you can take a boat to see the gray whales.
There is a small unheated pool with a well-kept pool area and a palapa with tables next to it. We didn't use the restrooms nor showers.
When we arrived there were three other RVs there, they left the next day and we had it to ourselves. The place has a peaceful feeling about it. There gate is sometimes closed (not locked) at night, but you can just open it to go through. And they have a friendly sweet doggie, "Oliver" who sometimes runs around the property.
This is a large farming town and there are lots of people selling large bags of oranges and sometimes grapefruit throughout. There is a large grocery store, a number of restaurants, gas, banks, stores and other businesses in town. We always drove to town. There is a main road through town with a frontage road on each side. There are some traffic lights but they weren't working, so there are stop signs at almost every corner. Between the traffic and the fact that it's quite spread out we don't think it is a walkable town.
Island Girl Walkabout would stay here again
