A valid Colorado fishing or hunting license or SWA pass (new for 2021),all of which can be purchased at the CPW website, as stated above, are required for everyone 16 or older. And they are not just required for camping, as they are needed for hiking, boating, wildlife viewing, nature photography, or any other use of a State Wildlife Area (SWA). The Colorado State Parks annual passes are NOT good for any SWA.
