Friendly staff- called to arrange it so we could campers near one another (family travel). They got us to the sites and made it easy. Nice level sites, beautiful grass, etc. Close to the parks and easy drive. Prices were reasonable and affordable.

Arrival - Easy arrival with online reservations and check-in. One long RV lane for registration in a very nicely appointed registration/store area.
Tips - Make sure to get your military or Good Sam discount prior to paying in full or you're not going to get it. Make sure to research your site thoroughly. The row from site 116 - 145A are oriented as a left-side utilities pull-through sites as normal but, there is a walking path in front of the sites that are not to be driven on. This requires you to drive on the grass to get your rig into the site, very strange set-up to me. Site 145 is billed as a "Super" site but we could not get our 4-slide 45' fifth wheel into the site without encroaching on the forever resident in 145A. Site 144 was easy to get into.
Favorites - The flora of the park is truly lovely with papaya, mango, oak, bamboo and iris everywhere you look. The walking path around the park is fantastic. The amenities are impressive. The location of the park is close enough to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks to make visits easy. Fruteria, Cuban cuisine, and plant nurseries everywhere. Site 144 has a good LEO satellite sight line for Starlink.
Negatives - The online check-in process does not allow you to claim discounts if you pay in full. The onsite staff is less than accommodating when this is brought to their attention. The sites are far too close together, typical Thousand Trails in my opinion. The site orientation as explained above is very strange and stress inducing. Access roadways to the sites are very narrow. Unfortunately, there are permanent residents or Thousand Trails lot owners that take too little care in their site creating a very junky first impression as you pull in. This needs to be policed better in my opinion. Didn't notice any park WiFi and, the cable is atrocious.

We have stayed at hundreds of RV resorts, campgrounds, etc across the US and we have never encountered the level of rudeness and unfriendliness of staff that we did here.
First, we asked about a Good Sam Discount. The short and rudely provided answer we got was that if you don’t book it from the get go, you don’t get it. Period. We then get handed our paperwork without another word, so we walked out to drive to the spot listed. Surprise! They have to “guide” you there and proceed to tell you how to park your RV. (Right…not like we haven’t parked it thousands of times before and have the process down pat.) But it gets worse! We are parked right next to someone else, where their sewer line hole is RIGHT out our door. YUCK! No way to avoid it due to the small space. Then, the electrical in this site is constantly surging so we worried it would blow our fridge and AC unit out, so we went to see about moving. The office was closed so we called the two numbers posted on the door and left urgent messages. No response.
Next morning, right when the office opened, we asked to move. Even if it didn’t have sewer, we didn’t care. (There were LOTS of available sites with no sewer in the back of the park.) We were told no, very unfriendly again (even though we were all smiles) and were told maintenance would come look at it. Maintenance shows up and she is literally the only friendly person we interacted with the entire time. She says our breaker is faulty and would take a day to replace so she would recommend we get moved. The office then tells us they are going to charge us MORE to move to a non sewer spot!!! Finally, with the help of the maintenance lady, they didn’t charge us but we sure as heck didn’t get a discount for being in a partial hook up site the rest of our stay. Wow…you have to work hard to be this bad to your customers. Never again. Glad we don’t have Thousand Trails. Dodged a bullet by never signing up with them, if this is what you can expect when you stay at their resorts.

Site type: Pull-through, FHU, 50 AMP.
THE GOOD
Office/Store: Office staff is really nice. Good assortment of items in the store for camping and grocery section.
Location: Gas, groceries, and restaurants nearby. In the middle of lots of farms, so no shortage of produce. This park is also really close to Everglades National Park, which is nice. There really is not much other option for RV parks other than this one, really.
Maintenance: Clean and maintained well enough.
Facilities: The laundry was well-maintained and worked as expected.
COULD BE BETTER:
Sites: All grass. Not really level.
Sites: I would not suggest getting a site near the office, because there is always a strong sewer odor in that area of the park.
Buggy: Get your bug spray ready if you want to sit outside at night.
Wifi: Nope.
Cell: Connectivity is not great here. But, good enough for calls and light work on hotspots.
