Great facilities with lots of amenities. Hot tubs wouldn’t get too hot and one doesn’t have operating jets but clean and nice to soak anyway. Nice and clean hot showers and bathrooms. Propane fill station and Convenience store of sorts on site. Quiet, too. We stayed here while visiting Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, Hovenweape and several area museums. Recommend Benny’s Diner in Mancos.

This campground is just a half mile away from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance. At check-in, they were so friendly and went through all the possible discounts we might be eligible for to make sure we got the best deal. The showers were very clean and very new. The sites had great shade, and the pool and hot tub area was very nice. The laundry room was inexpensive and the staff on site was always visible and kept on top of everything. The store and office opens at 8 AM and has some ice and other small things to purchase that you may need. Great stay, and would definitely stay here again.

This RV Park was really nice, clean, and quiet. The staff were all nice. They are across the main road from Mesa Verde National Park. We stayed here while we explored the National Park. I am glad we stayed here instead of the National Park. TV Antenna picked up many channels.

Super friendly staff, impeccable restroom and shower facilities with excellent shower heads, real (clean) tile and no threshold floors that drain the right way. Yay!
Good free Wi-Fi. Gravel lots. Good Sam discount. Bit of road noise but the hot shower cancels that out!
So close to Mesa Verde NP but after all the negative Morehouse campground reviews, we're glad we came here instead.
Excellent Verizon LTE too.
We had a great meal at Loungin' Lizards in Cortez, too. Blackened fish tacos and Portobello veggie quesadillas. Can you tell how happy I am after a long hot shower?!?

We intended to stay three nights and ended up staying a week. Good sites, all but the premium sites are well shaded by mature trees. All the sites are reasonably level, most are pull throughs. We had to do 2 inch blocks on the curb side. Super nice Owner, Liz Lowe. Great, friendly, helpful staff. For example, they came to our site, removed the propane tanks, filled them (charge by the gallon, btw) and returned them to the site.
Super clean restrooms and showers. Large, clean laundry. Pool and Hot Tub. Gigantic off leash area for your dogs.
This is 1/2 mile from the entrance to Mesa Verde NP, so about as convenient as can be for a full hook-up campground,
