Stayed here April 10-12. There was exactly one other camper. Lots of folks fishing, but I forgot my pole. What can I say, this is fine place to stay for a few days, super peaceful, nice views of the lake, and I scored the only pull-through site there! Used the dump station on the way out, no issues. Stayed here April 10-12. There was exactly one other camper. Lots of folks fishing, but I forgot my pole.
What can I say, this is fine place to stay for a few days, super peaceful, nice views of the lake, and I scored the only pull-through site there! Used the dump station on the way out, no issues. Can't say as to the condition of the toilets, but they looked clean on the outside. Had a good burger at Don's close by.

Overall Rating
Very interesting place and I’m the only one here so far for the weekend. RV sites are gravel, not all are level. Daily fee if you don’t have a NE State Park sticker. Lots and lots of Canadian Geese. No water at sites and hydrants are sparse. I’m thoroughly enjoying it!

I was tent camping. Have been here twice and we love it. My daughter and I stayed and did some fishing and had a great time. My only complaint is they need to come through and clean the sites more frequently, clean the bathrooms more frequently and do something about the geese pooping all over the camp sites. I was tent camping. Have been here twice and we love it. My daughter and I stayed and did some fishing and had a great time. My only complaint is they need to come through and clean the sites more frequently, clean the bathrooms more frequently and do something about the geese pooping all over the camp sites. Also until they installed the power at the rv pads, people used generators. Loud ones.
