We were right next to the freeway and the traffic noise was significant. The site was ok. It is a dirt sight with a lot of sand. You’ll need blocks under your levelers. Our neighbors were long time people and a little weird. We had electric and water, no sewer but there is a dump station. The restaurant was closed while we were there.
