We stopped on a Thursday to see the museum and carry nation house on our way back to Texas. Decided to hook up and enjoy the town. The park has electric, water and bathrooms (they are clean) with showers. No one else here but you can see that they get used frequently. It is all free. You can make a donation at city hall.

There are four spots and it’s first come visit serve. There is electric and water is nearby. The spots are grassy and 2 of the 4 are not super level. When we arrived there was a ball game so we went to dinner at Rattler’s. The games were still going on so we couldn’t park the rig until about 9:30 that night. Big storm rolled through and we thought we might get washed away! The park can flood so be aware but we were ok that night. We stayed another night before moving on. Check out the Stockade Museum and the Carry A.Nation house. This is a sweet little town, great place to social distance, and the park is free.

The area where the spots are was a little smelly from recent flood or big rain but the park is kept nice. There looks to be 4 sites. Grassy, level, back in spots with free electric... water isn’t far away but not close enough to hook up to. Grassy, level, back in spots with free electric... water isn’t far away but not close enough to hook up to. The road through the park seems to be a short cut into town so there are quite a few cars passing by. Overall... nice and quiet. The bathrooms were locked so if you’re not in an RV that could be a problem. Verizon coverage was good...3 strong bars.
