Well-maintained, gravel roads that meander around five or so different ponds. No mosquitoes or biting insects. We heard coyotes and owls during the night with our windows open. There weren’t many other campers here, and there were lots and lots of sites where people can really spread out.

Quiet isolated sites along pond/river edge. Kayaking, birding, wildlife. Easy in for large rvs. Level sites.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really liked it. We were at the very end of zone 1 right on the river. There were trout, lots of ducks, muskrats and a beaver that lived in the river. We saw a couple of moose right out the window of the RV on morning.

The only drawback for us was the bugs. They were really bad. The host said they do come in and spray when the conditions are good but it was rough and we left early because of it.
