We stayed at site 50 which was far from other sites and across from the bathhouse and playground. The sites along the lake are tent only and are beatutifully set up with level pads and picnic table. There are a few trailer, RV sites but most are not level so review the pictures and map carefully. Some of the loops requires you to back all the way down the road to the site as the "culdesac" circle is no big enough for manuvering

This campsite and five others are run by the Bartow county parks and rec. The hosts are an amazing, retired couple. Site 50 is very level and across from bathhouse and playgrounds. Most of the lake sites are tent only with fabulous level areas with picnic table. Choose your trailer/RV site carefully as most are unlevel and small. Many of the loops require you to back up all the way down the road to your site. Many sites also require you to haul your stuff down a short hill to the picnic area. Several sides were pull thru but the trailer was actually on the road in a cutout section. We were in a 20' Airstream Basecamp 20X.
Nice little beach and dock for fishing. Several people tied up their jet skis and boats to their actual site near the water.
Campground gates due close by 10:30 but talk to the host and they can give you a workaround. :-)
No soap in the bathrooms which I found odd.

Great hosts! Site one is a difficult one for trailers and motorhomes due to the tight turn around. We saw some really nice sites in other loops! Small and close to I75

First time camping here and absolutely love it. Very quiet ( you can setup a hammock and take a nice nap) and kid friendly with a nice playground, kept very clean. Probably one of the nicest sites for a small camper.

Planned to stay here 2 nights on our return to Florida from Kentucky. The night we arrived in the area there were numerous severe weather/tornado warnings, so we opted to play it safe and stayed in a local hotel in order to protect ourselves and the RV. Sure enough, a tornado skirted the are within a few miles of the campground. Upon arriving the next morning, we found the site I had picked online to be less than desirable and the kind hosts assisted me in doing a sight transfer online. Once in our site, it was a nice, albeit brief stay. Many of the sites are small and some will only accommodate tents, but we were able to fit our 27’ trailer just fine. We have family in the area and I75 is the gateway to many of our favorite spots, so I am certain we will get to know Regis park well.
Laundry service is listed but we found the machines had been removed with no indication they will be replaced.

We discovered McKaskey Creek Campground while searching for a dump station. We were charmed from the moment we arrived. After spending 30 minutes talking to the camp hosts, we took a look around and decided to return the next day to camp. We stayed for the rest of our time in GA.
Our site was adorable, set down into a private dell with no nearby campers within sight after our first night there. We had a 50 amp electric hookup and clean tasty water with a low 54 ppms. The bathhouse was fairly clean and directly across from our site. There were recycling facilities and a large playground. Down the road at the creek was a boat ramp and even a cordoned off swimming beach.
One drawback for us was the campground gates being locked from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. We went to a Braves game on one night of our stay and ended up renting a car and parking outside the gate and walking in. We also weren't thrilled with being locked in in general. Wish they had a gate with a code.
Wifi would have been a bonus but otherwise, we had zero complaints. Our stay was lovely and we will definitely return.
