This is a typical BLM site. Be prepared with everything you might need. There is a vault toilet and people have thrown trash down it, so don’t be those people. It’s about 6.5 miles off of a paved road on a well maintained gravel road, if you follow the GPS directions in the dark. I was pulling a little 15 foot trailer and didn’t have any problems. Otherwise it’s a good stopping site between the National Parks in Utah and the PNW.

“A true oasis not far from City of Rocks Idaho”

This was previous not on Campendium but I found it online anyhow. We were looking for a place to spend the night before going to City of Rocks in Idaho. This was a stopping point for those on the California Trail back in the day. There are a few picnic tables and a few fire rings. There is a small stream running from the spring to a pond.
There was only one other vehicle there when we camped and that was a retired couple that have spent between 3 to 9 months a year traveling for the past 14 years. I suggest entering from the road (Tiffler Road) 3 miles north of Malta ID. Don't trust Google Maps on getting there since it wanted to take me down a very primitive road.
We had good cell service via Google Fi.
